If you travel along North King Street towards Dublin City Centre, you will arrive at El Patron on the corner of Linenhall Street. With the historic and beautiful Bolton Street College set clearly in the background, this modern but cosy café was opened in 2015. Prior to its opening FloElen Construction was employed to carry out the renovations required to make it, not only the inviting and friendly café that it is but also to ensure it complied fully with all regulations required from a modern food service premises. The owners brief to FloElen was to keep the design simple and to use re-cycled materials wherever possible. As a result of this, if you ever drop in for a snack, you will be sitting on seats and eating from tables made from recycled timber pallets.
The renovation project lasted for 8 weeks and included the construction of a modern hygienic kitchen, clean and spacious customer and staff toilets, a bright, open service area and most importantly a spacious seating area where more than 50 customers can sit, relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and excellent cuisine.
